While some people can easily maintain focus, others have a rather short attention span. Here is how short your attention span is, based on your personality type.
INFJs aren’t the type of people to have a short attention span, and are often capable of focusing on something for a while. INFJs can spend hours inside of their own thoughts, just thinking things through and processing information. They are certainly capable of maintaining focus on one thing, especially if they find themselves interested in it. INFJs enjoy absorbing something, and don’t want to jump from one thing to the next without fully appreciating what is in front of them. INFJs are also very interested in focusing on their loved ones, and can listen to them for a long time.
ENFJs definitely don’t have short attention spans, and will spend plenty of time focusing on one thing. They are hardworking people who try hard to tend to the needs of their loved ones. They are very focused people, especially with the things they believe to be important. ENFJs will work hard to take care of others, and will juggle many tasks at once in order to get things done. ENFJs won’t be easily distracted when they are doing something important, or when they are spending time with loved ones.
INFPs can become bored rather easily, and find themselves having a hard time remaining focused. They do have somewhat short attention spans, and enjoy being able to explore new things. When INFPs become bored with something, they will want to find something else to entertain them. INFPs will be capable of keeping their attention focused when it comes to their loved ones. When the INTJ wants to learn about something they won’t become bored, in fact they will relish in the chance to improve and challenge themselves. INTJs can have a short attention span when it comes to people, especially individuals they find a bit unsubstantial.
ENTJs are focused individuals, who can zone in on something they find important. They are hardworking and always push themselves to improve. ENTJs won’t become distracted easily, especially when they are working on something important. They aren’t afraid to challenge themselves, and will continue to do whatever it takes to reach their goals. They don’t have short attention spans, which is why ENTJs are often found in leadership roles.

They will go after their goals with direction and integrity, and seem to always push themselves to succeed. ISTJs are dependable people, who believe in doing what is right for themselves and their loved ones. They don’t become distracted, and are capable of doing things that others would find boring.
