INFJ
INFJs are definitely not the type to be viewed as social butterflies, since they require so much time by themselves. While they might need this alone time, they do enjoy being able to interact with others and crave human connection. INFJs can be extremely charismatic and outgoing people when they want to be, which often surprises others. INFJs can often portray an image, or push themselves to be social even though they will suffer the introvert hangover not long after. They simply want to feel connected to others so the INFJ might push themselves to be the social butterfly they want others to see.
ENFJ
ENFJs are definitely social butterflies and are naturally outgoing people. ENFJs enjoy connecting with others and want to feel like they are being perceived well. They feel natural being in social settings, and don’t mind being the center of attention. ENFJs thrive when they are around a crowd of people, and don’t feel the need to instantly retreat. Being the social butterfly is a comfortable and natural thing for ENFJs, and often makes them very happy.

INTJs can become quickly drained by the presence of others, and only a select few people don’t seem to sap their energy. While ENTJs might not be openly described as social butterflies, they are very outgoing people. They enjoy being in a social setting oftentimes, and can command a room rather easily. ENTJs do need their alone time in order to process certain information, but at the same time they truly enjoy opening themselves up to new social situations. They want to make lasting connections, and want to be able to experience life in new ways. ENTJs can be very social and friendly people when they are in the mood for it.

INTPs are certainly not seen as social butterflies, since they often need more alone time than many other types. They become drained quickly by the presence of others and feel most at ease when they are by themselves. Being around people for long periods of time will leave the INTP frustrated and a bit exhausted. ESFJ

ISTP
