INTJs absolutely believe that personal growth is important, and want to find ways to always be improving. The best way to grow for INTJs is to do research and constantly push the limits of their minds. They want to absorb as much knowledge as they can, in order to discover the truth and continually remove ignorance from themselves. INTJs believe that knowledge is true power, and will use this knowledge to become a better version of themselves. They don’t ever want to feel like they have reached their limit, and will continue to find ways to improve.

ENTJ

ENTJs definitely believe in personal growth and want to find ways to challenge themselves. They want to be the best at everything they do, which can be a lot to live up to. ENTJs simply want to be efficient and knowledgeable people, and will work hard to accomplish their goals. They enjoy feeling challenged in life, and simply look at their struggles as opportunities for growth. ENTJs don’t want to remain stuck in the same place, which is why they believe strongly in personal growth.

They have such active inner minds, which require a constant intake of knowledge in order to feel satisfied. ISTJs do believe that personal growth is important, but they don’t mind staying in a comfortable position. As long as the ISTJ is doing their absolute best and making others happy, then they will be pleased with this. They don’t enjoy jumping into something new, without having plenty of time to research and prepare. ISTJs want to feel competent in everything they do, and will work hard to be as efficient as possible. Too much growth can sometimes leave them feeling insecure, since they want to always be prepared.

For ESTJs being efficient is the most important thing, and they strive to be the best at whatever they do. ESTJs simply want to be successful and competent in their careers and home life, which means that a certain amount of stagnancy won’t upset them. As long as the ESTJ is doing their best and reaching their personal goals in life, they will be satisfied with this.

ISFJ

ISFJs certainly strive to be good people and want to do whatever they can to make their loved ones happy. While ISFJs are always trying to be the best versions of themselves that they can, they aren’t obsessed with constantly growing and improving. They might feel uneasy with change, which is why too much personal growth can make them a bit unhappy. They want to make their loved ones happy and will certainly make all the effort they can for those people.

ESFJ

ESFJs care deeply for their loved ones and keep them as their main focus in life. While ESFJs do want to be the best version of themselves possible, too much change can make them uneasy. They want to feel free to be themselves without constantly wanting to change or improve upon themselves.

ESTP

For ESTPs personal growth is important, but only in certain ways. They want to always be improving and enjoy being able to absorb as much knowledge as possible. While ESTPs find it important to climb their social and career ladder, they don’t enjoy introspection. If the ESTP has to search inward in order to improve and grow, it might be difficult for them. Having to focus on their own feelings will leave the ESTP feeling anxious and uneasy.

ISFP

ISFPs certainly don’t obsess over personal growth and would much rather be allowed to be themselves. They will grow and change if it happens naturally, and would rather go with the flow of things. ISFPs just don’t want to become obsessed with improvement if it does not feel natural. They strive to accept themselves and others for who they are, and realize that perfection is unreasonable. ISFPs want to make the most out of life, and enjoy living in the present moment.

ESFP

ESFPs certainly aren’t obsessed with personal growth, since they prefer to live in the present. ESFPs would much rather focus on things that make them happy and bring up the mood around them. They can become frustrated with people who are always pushing them to grow and improve. ESFPs just want to feel free to be themselves without people judging them or trying to change who they are. They certainly don’t mind becoming better at things, but having to focus inward towards personal growth just seems a bit exhausting for them.
