Extraversion and Extraversion
Two extraverts will both get energized by being around people. This can allow them both to go out often together. Too much extraversion between people can lead to a lack of downtime and reflection, however.
ENFP Extraversion
The ENFP prefers extraversion to introversion. The ENFP gets energized by people and possibilities. The ENFP sees the world as “what could be” and wants to explore and change the world in some shape or form.
ENTJ Extraversion
The ENTJ Prefers extraversion to introversion. The ENTJ gets energized being around people and prefers to talk out their thoughts instead of internalizing them. They are in tune with the structure and order of their environment and seek to understand it.
Intuition and Intuition
Two intuitives will get along well. They both see the world in abstract and possibilities, which can lead to engaging conversation. However, they may have trouble following through with day to day chores and responsibilities.
ENFP Intuition
The ENFP type prefers intuition to sensing (Using Extraverted Intuition). The ENFP tends to see the world abstractly in potential possibilities and what “could be” in contrast to concrete facts, places, and things.
ENTJ Intuition
The ENTJ prefers intuition to sensing (Through Introverted Intuition). The ENTJ wants to understand the underlying meanings and connections between things. The ENTJ can form a gut feeling or intuition about the way things are going to play out.
Thinking and Feeling
A thinker and a feeler can make for an interesting dynamic. The thinker can help sort through logical issues, but may be seen as harsh to a feeler. The feeler can help the thinker understand their emotions more, but can be seen as too emotional and flighty to a thinker. However, both of these types can make for a very healthy balance.
ENFP Feeling
The ENFP prefers feeling to thinking (Using Introverted Feeling). The ENFP has a rich inner world of morals, feelings, and ideals that it seeks to better understand. The ENFP tends to use this inner guidance as a force to help shape the future world.
ENTJ Thinking
The ENTJ prefers thinking to feeling (Using Extraverted Thinking). The ENTJ wants the world to be logical and orderly. The ENTJ wants conclusive plans of action and concrete understand of the way things works. This universal acceptance of logic is used to help the ENTJ form their worldview.
Judging and Perceiving
A judger and a perceiver can surprisingly get along pretty well. The judger prefers to make plans, and the perceiver has little problem with deferring. Problems can arise when the judger becomes to imposing, or when the perceiver’s flexibility of schedules can be seen as an annoyance.
ENFP Perceiving
The ENFP prefers the Perceiving preference to Judging. The ENFP prefers to leave time for decisions instead of coming to an immediate conclusion. The ENFP prefers new experiences and flexible possibilities to predictable moments.
ENTJ Judging
The ENTJ prefers judging to perceiving. The ENTJ prefers structure, routine, and planning things out versus being spontaneous. The ENTJ wants to bring structure, order, and organization to their environment.
