Here’s Why You Need a Vacation, Based on Your Personality Type

Everyone needs a break once in a while, some time to just relax with no work or stress. Some types become overwhelmed and drained for different reasons, causing them to need a real vacation. Here is why you need a vacation, based on your personality type.

INFJ

INFJs need a vacation because they likely need space to themselves without constantly having to tend to others. They need to be alone for a while without the stress of the world around them. INFJs can become frustrated with the state of the world and shallowness of the people they encounter. They also become easily drained by too much social interaction, but at the same time they rarely get the amount of alone time they truly need. The INFJ needs a vacation either by themselves or with one person who does not leave them feeling drained. They need this time to recharge their batteries and connect with who they are once again.

ENFJ

ENFJs need a vacation because they have likely spent too long without focusing on themselves. They are constantly taking care of everyone around them and this can certainly become draining. ENFJs rarely have time for themselves, and will continue to work and push through even the hardest of situations. This leaves the ENFJ feeling exhausted but they rarely will admit this to others. The ENFJ needs a vacation where they can do whatever they please without constantly having to take care of their loved ones.

INFP

INFPs likely need a vacation so that they can get away from the noise and clutter of the world. They need time to recharge by themselves, or with one special person who doesn’t drain them like the rest do. INFPs need this time in order to reconnect with who they are and what is truly important to them. The world can become a heavy and dark place, and the INFP can certainly be affected by this. They need a vacation in order to regain a sense of perspective on who they are what they truly need from life.

ENFP

ENFPs likely need a vacation because they feel a bit stagnant and need to experience something fun. If they have spent too long working hard then they need some time to feel refreshed. For the ENFP a vacation is a great time to enjoy their loved ones and experience something truly enjoyable. Whether it be heading to an amusement park or driving across the country to see some new city they’ve never been to. ENFPs need to dive into these experiences in order to feel like themselves and shake things up a bit.
