Here’s Something That Each Personality Type Finds Challenging

Even the most incredibly talented people have things in life that they find challenging. Here is something that each personality type will likely find challenging in life.

INFJs are intelligent and capable people, but like anyone they have their challenges. INFJs can struggle with opening themselves up to people, and can find trust to be a challenging process. They certainly crave that connection with another person, but it takes them time to peel back their many layers. INFJs can find it challenging to find their place in a world that is so disconnected and different from who they are. INFJs are caring people who strive to make a real difference in the world around them. Their belief in justice makes the INFJ often feel like the odd one out in their surroundings.

ENFJs are hardworking people who always strive to take care of the needs of their loved ones. They do not have a hard time juggling all of their tasks, and will persevere even when it becomes hard. Where ENFJs often struggle is to disconnect their emotions when they want to be logical. ENFJs are smart people and are certainly capable of seeing things logically, they just have a hard time ignoring the important of emotions in any situation. The ENFJ wants to always consider how something with affect others, and have a hard time ignoring this.

INFPs are caring and imaginative people, with rather rich inner minds. Where the INFP can reach challenges is when they feel like someone is forcing them to do something that isn’t right. INFPs are moral people, who want to do the right and honest thing in life. When it comes to taking action which abandons their morals, the INFP will likely fail in this task. INFPs can also struggle when it comes to stepping out of their own inner worlds, since it is such an active place to be. They can appear lazy to some people, simply because the INFP feels more enriched inside of their own thoughts.

ENFPs are outgoing and charismatic people, who enjoy exploring new things. ENFPs can sometimes find it challenging to commit to one thing, simply because they enjoy being able to have their options open to them. ENFPs want to feel free to explore new and exciting avenues in life, and dislike feeling stagnant. Sometimes when the ENFP is feeling distracted, they can seem a bit neglectful of others. This is not at all intentionally and will certainly cause the ENFP to feel guilty if they upset someone. They simply have active minds, which can take them over from time to time.

INTJs are intelligent and focused people, with a thirst for knowledge that is never truly sated. They have an awareness of the right choices to make, and believe in always being fully informed. The INTJs focus on logic can sometimes cause them to neglect their own emotions for a while. When the INTJ has a strong feeling, they will often attempt to bury it so that it does not overtake them. Unfortunately trying to bury their emotions can sometimes cause them more harm than good. INTJs simply find it challenging to pay close attention to their own feelings, simply because they favor logical reactions more.

ENTJs are driven and intelligent people, who prefer to focus on logical and strategic planning. The ENTJs desire to be efficient can sometimes cause them to neglect their own emotions. They will often bury any negative feelings, and try to focus on what makes logical sense. This can obviously cause those buried emotions to seep out in negative ways, which is challenging for the ENTJ to deal with. They understand reason and analysis, and struggle when it comes to emotions. The ENTJ also struggles to deal with other people who are overly emotional, and simply do not understand why they cannot contain themselves.

INTPs are smart and analytical people, who enjoy learning about new things. The mind of the INTP is a rich place, filled with imagination and incredible reasoning skills. INTPs will often face challenges when it comes to the emotions of others, and knowing how to properly respond to them. They do care about their loved ones, they simply struggle when it comes to understanding their emotions. The INTP will become frustrated when they feel like they aren’t reading someone properly, and will search for other ways to understand them. They want to be sensitive to emotions, but are simply more naturally drawn to logic and problem solving.

ENTPs are logic minded people who love exploring new possibilities and hobbies. ENTPs dislike staying stagnant for too long, which can cause them trouble when it comes to committing to one thing. ENTPs will find it challenging to remain focused on one thing at a time, and will often bounce around rather quickly. They can often begin a new hobby or task and become bored with it very quickly and seek out something new. ENTPs will find it challenging to stay grounded, and enjoy feel free to explore. They can also struggle when it comes to being sensitive to the emotional needs of others. Instead the ENTP will likely try to problem solve when someone is upset, or will deflect their emotions with humor.

ISTJs are intelligent and hardworking people, who believe in always getting the job done. ISTJs are focused on pushing themselves forward and are excellent at meeting rather high standards. Where the ISTJ can struggle is when it comes to taking on something new and stepping outside of their comfort zone. They dislike being thrown into a new situation without having time to prepare and research. ISTJ enjoy being prepared for things and in most cases want to follow methods they’ve previously explored. Being pushed out of their comfort zone is both frightening and challenging for ISTJs.

ETSJs are smart people who are driven to get things done efficiently. The ESTJ often finds it challenging to focus on the emotions of other people, and simply does not know how to respond. ESTJs prefer to care for the practical needs of their loved ones, and simply don’t know how to handle overly emotional people. The ESTJ will likely try to problem solve, and will fail when it comes to saying the right words. They can become overwhelmed when someone is upset, and simply struggle to find a way to respond to their emotional state.

ISFJs are kind and compassionate people, who constantly strive to care for their loved ones. Where the ISFJ can struggle is when it comes to exploring something new. They dislike being pushed out of their comfort zone, and much prefer to follow what they know. ISFJs find it challenging when someone tries to push them to try too many new things at once, and will feel completely overloaded. ISFJs know what works for them, and prefer to stay in that safe space. ISFJs dislike being unprepared, and can become rather confused when this happens.

ESFJs are considerate people, who are constantly trying to care for their loved ones. Their desire to help others and tend to their emotional needs, can sometimes cause the ESFJ to ignore logic. They definitely have an understanding of logic, they just choose to ignore it most of the time. ESFJs can find it challenging to follow the more reasonable path when the emotions of someone else are going to be affected. ESFJs can also find it challenging to push aside someone else’s needs for their own personal needs. They often struggle to prioritize themselves, and this can find ways to present itself in negative ways.

ISTPs are naturally analytical people, who enjoy problem solving in inventive ways. ISTPs are surprisingly capable of most things, even when it comes to taking on new challenges. Where ISTPs might struggle is with understanding and recognizing the emotions of themselves and others. ISTPs often favor logic over feelings, which makes it difficult for them to focus on subtle emotional signals. If someone they love is showing that they are upset, the ISTP might have a hard time picking up on this or knowing how to respond.

ESTPs are intelligent and adventurous people, who enjoy exploring new and fun things. They truly hate being stagnant for too long, and might find it challenging to be alone for a long time. ESTPs can find it difficult to settle down too much, and want to always be finding new thrills to keep them entertained. They don’t mind when things become a little difficult for them, since they enjoy the excitement. Where the ESTP truly feels challenged, is when their adventurous spirit causes their loved ones to abandon them.

ISFPs are gentle and moral people, who simply want to enjoy the present moment. Where ISFPs feel challenges, is when they are forced to ignore their emotions in favor of logic. ISFPs often dislike careers that are highly analytical, simply because they enjoy focusing more on their ideals and emotions. ISFPs let their heart be their guide in life, and want to do their best to help others. If their work pulls them away from their naturally caring ways, the ISFP will feel seriously challenged.

ESFPs are fun-loving and adventurous people, who really enjoy being the center of attention. ESFPs will often find it extremely challenging to sit still for a long time, focusing on a menial task. ESFPs need to be free to spread their wings and explore new and exciting possibilities. When the ESFP is stuck in a desk job that keeps them cooped up or forces them to analyze information, they will find it both challenging and completely miserable.
