Here’s How Lavishly You Like to Live, Based on Your Personality Type

Some people enjoy living a bit lavishly, and don’t like being frugal with things. There are others who prefer to live well within their means and prefer to have simpler lifestyles. Here is how lavishly you like to live, based on your personality type.

INFJ

INFJs don’t often like to live lavishly if they don’t have the means for it, but that doesn’t mean they won’t enjoy it otherwise. INFJs work to be responsible, and don’t want to do anything that could jeopardize the happiness of their loved ones. If the INFJ could definitely afford a lavish lifestyle, they might like to partake in certain extravagancies. They might prefer things like beautiful vacations to far off places with their loved ones. They don’t need material things, INFJs just want experiences and comforts that can make themselves and their loved ones a bit happier.

ENFJ

ENFJs do sometimes enjoy living a lavish lifestyle, especially if it can make their loved ones happy. ENFJs work very hard to provide for everyone around them, and they dislike having to struggle constantly. They already have so many things on their plate, so they don’t want to do anything to make this worse. If the ENFJ can live a somewhat lavish lifestyle, they will certainly enjoy this. They can adapt to their situation however, and will make things work with whatever means they do have.

INFP

INFPs are not often materialistic people, so living an overly lavish lifestyle isn’t really of interest to them. They want to live lavishly in more of a spiritual sense than in a material manner. INFPs simply want to feel connected to others, and want to find ways to truly fill their souls. They want to be able to make a difference in the world and are constantly seeking out where they belong most in the world. INFPs don’t mind having certain nice things, but they don’t require the fanciest lifestyle.

ENFP

ENFPs aren’t really materialistic people, but that doesn’t mean they don’t enjoy living a bit lavishly. ENFPs don’t like having to be held back from things they want simply because they don’t have the means. They would rather push themselves and find a way to achieve these things, instead of having to live their lives a certain way. ENFPs just enjoy having options and want to live their lives to the absolute fullest. Sometimes they enjoy a lavish lifestyle, but mostly just to experience what it is like.

INTJ

INTJs do enjoy living lavishly in some ways, but only if it is within their means. They work hard to achieve the things they want in life, but they are frugal when they need to be. INTJs would rather make sure they can handle their lifestyle before making big purchases so that they can appear to live lavishly. Instead they want to prepare themselves, and will work to get to where they want in life. INTJs simply enjoy being able to have the things they want and don’t like anything being out of their reach.

ENTJ

ENTJs often do enjoy living a lavish lifestyle, simply because they don’t like when something is out of their reach. They work hard to have whatever they want and to shower their loved ones with a lavish lifestyle as well. ENTJs simply want to live with a sense of pride and like having nice things. They do whatever they must to achieve these goals, so that they can handle living a somewhat lavish lifestyle without having to struggle for it.

INTP

INTPs might not seem to want a lavish lifestyle, but somehow they enjoy being able to have whatever they want. INTPs can enjoy lavishness more than they often realize, since they don’t really put an inner importance on material things. They simply like having things open to them, so that they don’t feel held back. They also want their loved ones to be happy and sometimes this puts pressure on them to give them lavish things.

ENTP

ENTPs do enjoy a somewhat lavish lifestyle, simply because they don’t like things withheld from them. If they want something in life the ENTP will do their best to achieve this. They want to be able to experience everything instead of feeling trapped within their means. ENTPs want to have their options open, and don’t like allowing anything to really stand in their way. While a materialistic lifestyle isn’t really important to them, they do like being able to live lavishly if they feel like it.

ISTJ

ISTJs prefer to live well within their means, and want to always be prepared for big surprises in life. They don’t want to live too lavishly if they cannot really handle this. While they don’t like doing anything that seems financially reckless, they do want to work towards a comfortable lifestyle. ISTJs want to provide for their loved ones and to them that is the most important thing in life. They will certainly want to give their family a lavish lifestyle if this is something they can attain.

ESTJ

ESTJs do like living a lavish lifestyle, but they prefer to live within their means. They are frugal people who want to prepare for anything in life. They work hard to achieve the things they want and to provide for their loved ones. ESTJs don’t want to spend more money than they have just so that they can impress others with some sort of lavish lifestyle. They would rather live within their means so that they can be prepared for anything that might come their way.

ISFJ

ISFJs do not mind a simple lifestyle and so they don’t really need to live lavishly. While they don’t need a lot themselves, they do want their loved ones to be happy. ISFJs want to be able to give their family whatever they want, even if that means working harder to afford it. They don’t want the people in their lives to go without, so the ISFJ will certainly work towards that lavish lifestyle if they must.

ESFJ

ESFJs don’t often care about living lavishly, but they do care about making their loved ones happy. ESFJs care deeply about their loved ones and work hard to please them however they can. If someone they love desires a lavish lifestyle, then the ESFJ wants to find a way to give this to them. They will often work hard and push themselves in order to provide for the people around them.

ISTP

ISTPs don’t really need a lavish lifestyle, but they enjoy being able to acquire whatever they want. They don’t like feeling like they have to hold back because something is out of reach. They do whatever they can to get the things they want in life, and will also work hard for the sake of someone they love. ISTPs can push themselves for the things they desire, and don’t want to let anything stand in their way.

ESTP

ESTPs actually do desire a somewhat lavish lifestyle, since they enjoy having nice things. ESTPs will often work hard so that they can have the things that they want from life. They push themselves and want to find ways to achieve their goals in life. ESTPs can sometimes live a bit beyond their means, grasping at things they can’t quite afford simply because they don’t want to feel held back from something.

ISFP

ISFPs don’t mind simplicity in some areas, but at the same time they do desire a somewhat lavish lifestyle. They enjoy being able to experience things, and don’t like having anything hold them back. ISFPs want to be able to have nice things, especially things they feel are beautiful. ISFPs can sometimes live a bit lavishly, even if they are living beyond their means sometimes.

ESFP

ESFPs do enjoy a lavish lifestyle, and often want to be able to get whatever they desire from life. ESFPs like having nice things, and enjoy anything that they perceive as beautiful. For them life should be truly lived to the fullest, instead of constantly stressing about the little things. They do want to living in the present and will be a bit risky with their finances if there is something they deeply want.
