Motivational speakers can really help to inspire and lead people down a better path. While this is definitely a helpful career for some, not everyone is cut out for this type of position. Here is how good you would be as a motivational speaker, based on your personality type.



INFJs can often struggle to be center stage, which makes motivational speaking a bit challenging for them in some ways. At the same time INFJs are great at inspiring people, and often know just what to say in order to help motivate them to move forward. They have the skill to really connect with people and understand them, but at the same time they aren’t always fans of being watched or having to perform. Something they can do better as a motivational writer, or possibly speaking in front of prerecorded videos. INFJs can overcome this though and if they can they will definitely be great motivational speakers.


ENFJs often make excellent motivational speakers, and are good at inspiring others. They often know how to say the right things and help their loved ones reach their full potential. ENFJs can empathize and connect with people, which helps them figure out how to really motivate them. They are hardworking and driven people themselves, who truly enjoy being able to help and affect others. ENFJs are often some of the best motivational speakers, and they enjoy this type of career immensely.
