The Struggles for the ESTP Diet
For the ESTP their spontanious way of behaving is something which can make their diet and exercise plan a but of a challenge. They don’t like feeling as if they have been trapepd by their plan, instead they want something which motivated them. They want to feel free to make their own choices and not as if they are ruled by something like their diet. They want to be able to feel free, and so this spontanious nature can make it hard for them to stick to these plans sometimes.
