The Enneagram 592 tritype includes characteristics from three different enneagram types: Type 5 (The Investigator), Type 9 (The Peacemaker), and Type 2 (The Helper). Here’s a summary of each of these types:

  • Type 5: The Investigator – This type is characterized by a sense of intense curiosity, a desire for learning, and a capacity for innovative thinking. They may be somewhat introverted and prefer to observe and analyse the world around them to understand it better.
  • Type 9: The Peacemaker – With the peacemaker’s traits in this tritype, it brings in the qualities of calmness, peace, and a deeply ingrained desire to maintain harmonious relationships. Type 9 individuals are accommodating, accepting, and supportive, preferring to avoid conflict whenever possible.
  • Type 2: The Helper – This type is known for being caring, generous, and people-pleasing. Type 2 energies in this tritype can lead these individuals to desire to help and support others, often being empathetic and intuitively understanding the needs of those around them.

A person with the 592 tritype is likely intellectually-focused and curious (from Type 5), peaceful and easygoing (from Type 9), and helpful and empathetic (from Type 2). This combination can result in individuals who are thoughtful, inquisitive, peace-loving and helpful. They are typically driven by a desire to understand the world, maintain peace and harmony, and support others.

At their best, these individuals can be incredibly understanding, peaceful, insightful, and supportive. They use their intellectual capabilities to assist others and make the world a more harmonious place. However, at their worst, they can be detached, passive, and overly accommodating, potentially neglecting their own needs in favor of keeping peace or helping others. It’s important for a 592 to balance their intellectual curiosity, desire for peace, and helpful nature while also attending to their own needs and asserting themselves when necessary.
