Do You Enjoy Trivia Questions, Based on Your Personality Type

For some people answering trivia questions can be a fun and rewarding way to learn and even to express their own knowledge. For others it can be stressful since they don’t like the pressure of answering quickly and correctly. Here is how you feel about trivia questions, based on your personality type.

INFJ

INFJs do sometimes enjoy trivia, but mostly when it pertains to things they are passionate about. If the trivia questions are things the INFJ isn’t knowledgeable in, then it can make them feel inferior. INFJs struggle with feeling as if they are not good enough or do not know enough, and so if they have something make them feel like this is true, they can become deeply upset. INFJs are often intelligent and well-read people, but they are harder on themselves than people realize. Trivia can be more stressful than enjoyable for the INFJ, since they want to prove themselves.

ENFJ

ENFJs enjoy trivia when they feel like they can answer the questions correctly and impress those around them. If the trivia questions are things the ENFJ does not know readily, then they can become frustrated and a bit insecure. They are perfectionists who dislike feeling as if they have failed in any way. If the ENFJ has anything which challenges them enough to make them insecure, it can leave them feeling like they have failed their loved ones. Trivia can be fun for the ENFJ, but only if they feel confident enough to answer plenty of the questions correctly.

INFP

INFPs might enjoy certain trivia, as long as answering the questions isn’t stressful. If it is super competitive and they feel attacked for failing, then the INFP won’t enjoy this. For them trivia is only enjoyable when it is done in a safe place, with people who can make the experience fun and not intense. They are often capable of remembering plenty of useful and useless facts, and so trivia can be a fun time for them. INFPs just don’t want this to become stressful and competitive or they might clam up and feel like they have let others down.

ENFP

ENFPs are often good at trivia and might find it fun to answer these questions and challenge themselves. They enjoy feeling challenged most of the time and also like being able to impress others with their knowledge. For the ENFP trivia can be a fun experience, and they don’t like turning it into something stressful. ENFPs do like a little friendly competition, especially when they are around people who can make it a good time.

INTJ

INTJs often enjoy trivia since they constantly challenge themselves to learn more and impress others with their knowledge. INTJs spend so much time researching and learning new things, and so they enjoy being able to use these skills. For the INTJ trivia can be a great way to prove to themselves just how much they know, and to learn where they might have to grow a bit. They have fun with taking on challenges and can be rather competitive people sometimes.

ENTJ

ENTJs often enjoy trivia, especially since they like learning about new things and challenging themselves. They can be rather competitive people and like being able to push themselves to be even better. For the ENTJ trivia is often an opportunity to show off their skills and prove to others just how much they do know. ENTJs can become annoyed with themselves if they fail at some questions, but they simply take it as something they will learn more about in the future.

INTP

INTPs often enjoy trivia, especially when it is connected to things they already know fairly well. They like to challenge themselves and prove to others what they do know. INTPs enjoy facts and spend a lot of time learning about many different subjects. For them it can be rewarding to show off these abilities and even prove to themselves how much they have learned through all of their hours researching.

ENTP

ENTPs do enjoy trivia most of the time since they enjoy challenging themselves. For the ENTP it is rewarding to show of their knowledge and to learn about different things in the process. Trivia can be a fun experience for ENTPs, but they can become a bit competitive in these situations. They don’t become insecure when they don’t know certain answers, they often take this as an opportunity to learn more about something and figure out where they need to do a little research.

ISTJ

ISTJs do sometimes enjoy trivia questions, since they enjoy being able to show off their knowledge. ISTJs can be rather competitive people and so when it comes to things like trivia they might take it more seriously than others. They like to really challenge and push themselves to be good at everything they do, including games and trivia. Their competitive side might come out a bit, but they enjoy being able to show off a bit.

ESTJ

ESTJs sometimes enjoy trivia questions and like being able to push themselves. They want to be able to challenge themselves and show off their abilities to others. When it comes to trivia the ESTJ will definitely take on the challenge and might be a bit competitive about it. They don’t like failing, even when it comes to games and things like trivia. The ESTJ will do their best to win and show others what they are capable of doing.

ISFJ

ISFJs might enjoy trivia in a more light and playful manner, since the challenge can be frustrating sometimes. They don’t like feeling as if they have failed themselves or those around them, and so the pressure isn’t always something the ISFJ enjoys. If the ISFJ does not know the trivia answers all that well, it can cause them to feel anxious and like they have failed to perform properly.

ESFJ

ESFJs can be perfectionists and so when it comes to trivia they will either love or hate the experience. When the ESFJ knows the trivia questions and can answer most of them correctly, then they enjoy being able to prove themselves and impress their loved ones. If the questions are based on things the ESFJ does not know well, it can cause them to feel a bit embarrassed. Most of the time ESFJs are surprisingly good at trivia though, and they enjoy being able to play with their loved ones.

ISTP

ISTPs might enjoy trivia for a short while, but too much outward social interaction can be draining for them. If the trivia is done online or in a setting that doesn’t force constant interaction, then they will likely enjoy it. ISTPs like challenging themselves and they enjoy being able to prove themselves and show off their knowledge.

ESTP

ESTPs enjoy taking on challenges most of the time, and so trivia can be really fun for them. They especially enjoy doing trivia games with loved ones, and people that can turn it into a fun experience. While ESTPs can be competitive they don’t enjoy when things become overly serious and stressful. They take trivia as a competitive game, but they also want to be able to laugh and have a good time with it.

ISFP

ISFPs might enjoy trivia games, especially when they are doing it with someone they love and trust. They don’t like when these things become overly competitive or turn into a high pressure game. ISFPs don’t enjoy having the pressure on them to perform well and answer the questions correctly, and so in these situations they won’t enjoy trivia at all.

ESFP

ESFPs often enjoy anything which is fun and exciting, and so some games are really enjoyable for them. ESFPs will enjoy trivia games most of the time, especially if it doesn’t become stressful or overly serious. They want to experience things which are fun and playful, and so trivia can be a way for them to bring people together for a bit of lighthearted competition.
