Here’s How Important Solidarity is to You, Based on Your Personality Type
For some people having their loved ones stand by them with a sense of unity is truly vital to their relationships. To others being honest about their feelings is more important than expressing some sense of solidarity. Here is how important solidarity is to you, based on your personality type.

INFJs definitely believe in a sense of solidarity, especially with the people they are extremely close to. When they feel a special connection with someone they want that to mean something more. INFJs believe that it is important to stand by their loved ones, and they want to feel that in return. While they believe in being honest with one another, at the same time they believe that solidarity is important in some situations. When their loved one needs support and needs to feel this type of unity, the INFJ will do whatever they can to be there without complaint.
ENFJ
ENFJs definitely believe in solidarity, especially with their close loved ones. When they care about someone they want to be supportive no matter what, and believe in standing by their side through thick and thin. Even when someone might be wrong, if they need the ENFJs support they will stand by their side with a strong sense of solidarity. They value being there for one another, and they want to receive this in return from those closest to them. If people cannot exhibit a sense of solidarity, the ENFJ will have a hard time feeling like they are loyal to them.
INFP
INFPs do value a sense of solidarity, but at the same time they believe in honesty. INFPs might have a hard time silently standing by someone if they believe what they are doing is wrong. They will still be supportive of their loved ones, but they can’t pretend like they are on the same page with their actions. INFPs want to be as sincere and honest with their loved ones as they can, and so they don’t like having to pretend and act like everything they are doing is fine. They will certainly defend them and protect them, but they don’t believe in solidarity to the point of what they would consider lying.
