ENTJ Personality

The ENTJ Personality is all about meeting challenges. The ENTJ has natural born confidence and charisma that allows them to move about the world in a way that leads to a lot of success. The ENTJ wants to make things happen, and they will usually figure out enough information to get the result they believe is right. The ENTJ loves being in the mix and being decisive. They usually have large goals and visions that others can’t see as clearly as them. The ENTJ sees where things can go, and usually develops a roadmap of steps that need completed to get there. They can be flexible, but usually they are pretty steadfast on the end result. The ENTJ can seem to be a bit commanding, and maybe intimidating, but they do not see this as a weakness. The ENTJ believes they can get their way, and usually they can outlast the opposition to make it happen. The ENTJ is also skilled in recognizing potential in others, which can help them to develop their sensitivity and people skills. They are strong communicators, but they should always be aware of ways to develop more tact and be less critical of others when they don’t live up to their very high expectations. 

Enneagram Type 1 (1w9 1w2)

The Enneagram Type 1 is all about being an advocate. The Enneagram Type One wants to deal with what is right and what is wrong. When they are at their best, the 1 has high standards that they hold themselves to. This becomes problematic if they find themselves being too much of a perfectionist and nothing ever gets done. They believe in keeping things in order, and they are also advocates for what they believe is right. This can cause them to fight the good fight. When they are stressed, they can become rather moody. However, when they are feeling their best, they are able to let go a bit more and just enjoy the moment. The Enneagram 1 works best when they are striving to achieve their goals and believe everything is moving in the right direction. They ideally would like to be doing everything right so that they are not criticized. The 1 needs to realize that others may not see their way initially, and that change takes time. However, they need to realize that they may still be implementing change by their well spoken words and ideas, it just might take a bit of time for that to sink in.
