Here’s Why You Need to Accept That You Are Good Enough, Based on Your Personality Type

Many of us struggle with feeling like we are good enough, and realizing how to accept ourselves can be difficult. Here is why each personality type needs to accept that they are more than good enough and deserving of love.

INFJ

INFJs can often struggle with feeling like they are good enough, and are often focused on becoming a better version of themselves. They want to make their loved ones happy and often believe they are meant to make a difference in the world. INFJs can be rather hard on themselves and will miss out on just how much they do for others. They need to accept that they are good enough by recognizing their giving and compassionate ways. INFJs will do anything for someone they love, which is not a quality everyone possesses. Their altruistic nature makes them INFJ more than good enough, and well deserving of love.

ENFJ

ENFJs can be hard on themselves sometimes, and want to find ways to always be improving. ENFJs simply want to feel loved and needed by those closest to them, and work hard to make them happy. While they might never feel truly good enough, the ENFJ does go above and beyond for others. ENFJs certainly need to realize that they are more than good enough and deserving of love, because they do everything for the sake of others. They are always trying to make their loved ones happy and are caring and compassionate people.

INFPs are caring and sensitive souls, who always find a way to remain connected to the world around them. There are certainly times when they struggle to feel like they are good enough, and need to learn to accept their positive traits. INFPs have a knack for seeing the good in others, even when people have judged that person harshly. Not only can the INFP see the good in others, they also have a knack for listening and being supportive even when it seems difficult. INTJs are intuitive and analytical people, who always find themselves searching for knowledge. While they might not show this openly to others, there are times when they can be hard on themselves. ENTJs are focused and hardworking people who go after their goals no matter what stands in their way. This strength and perseverance is both impressive and difficult to find anywhere else. ENTJs are motivated people, who do whatever it takes to achieve their own dreams. ENTJs will also go out of their way to help their loved ones, especially if those people are asking for their assistance. This ability to help people build a positive future for themselves is both caring and impressive. ENTJs need to realize that because of their ability to help those around them in these strategic ways, they are more than good enough.

INTP

INTPs are intuitive people who believe in always searching for the truth. They can actually be rather hard on themselves, and have high expectations for what they want to accomplish. INTPs are actually very caring people even if this isn’t something they express openly. They are intuitive, creative and caring people, which makes for a unique and wonderful combination. These great qualities come together to make the INTP a very special person, who is more than good enough for those around them.

ENTP

ENTPs are enthusiastic and eager people who enjoy being able to explore new things. This sense of adventure makes the ENTP fun to be around, and also helps them become well-rounded people. They aren’t afraid to take on new challenges, and are even willing to help their loved ones when they are in need. They are never willing to stop learning, and this desire to keep their minds active is both admirable and makes them more than good enough for the people who are lucky enough to have the ENTP in their lives.

ISTJ

ISTJs have extremely impressive work ethic and always seem to overcome any challenge in life. While others might give up, the ISTJ continues to push themselves through. This is both admirable and part of what makes the ISTJ more than good enough. They can be hard on themselves if they don’t perform perfectly, but in truth they are always there for their loved ones and are extremely considerate people. This practical sense of support is something to be valued and appreciated.

ESTJ

ESTJs have an incredible work ethic and an ability to go after their goals without fail. While ESTJs are hardworking people they can actually be rather tough on themselves sometimes. They sometimes feel like if they fail at all they aren’t quite good enough, and make themselves feel bad over this. ESTJs need to take a step back and accept their accomplishments and actually give themselves credit for everything they do. ESTJs especially need to take notice of how much they provide for their loved ones, and realize this is no small deal.

ISFJ

ISFJs are giving and caring people, who work hard to maintain a sense of harmony in their environment. They often blame themselves when things go wrong and can be very hard on themselves. ISFJs need to take a step back and realize that their kindness and compassion is a rare and amazing things. They go out of their way for others, which makes them more than good enough. ISFJs will do whatever it takes to ensure that everyone is cared for and this is something that should be admired and valued.

ESFJ

ESFJs can have a hard time believing that they are good enough, since they want so badly to make their loved ones happy. They often work hard to maintain a sense of harmony and blame themselves when this does not work. ESFJs simply want to please their loved ones, and are constantly trying to find ways to live up to their own expectations. It can be hard for them to accept that they are good enough, even though they go out of their way for the people around them. ESFJs need to learn to accept that they do more than their fair share for others, and appreciate their own efforts.

ISTP

ISTPs are intelligent and analytical people, who always search for exciting new things to uncover. ISTPs might not take a step back to recognize their own accomplishments, especially when it comes to what they do for others. ISTPs are independent people so they don’t always take time to realize that they can be extremely considerate and helpful people. They are both logical and understanding, which makes them more than good enough.

ESTP

ESTPs don’t always notice this about themselves, but they are caring and driven people. Even though the ESTP knows how to have a great time, they also know how to think about their loved ones. They are considerate when it isn’t expected, and will do kind things for the people they love. ESTPs often show a sense of confidence but in truth they do doubt whether or not they are good enough sometimes. It is important for them to recognize that they put forth a lot of effort for others, and do value themselves for this.

ISFP

ISFPs are kind people who can always see the beauty in others, which makes them more than good enough. They need to recognize how their sensitivity and compassion makes them valuable and unique people. Their nature is to look past the negative and find the good inside of the world around them. ISFPs have sensitive hearts, which makes it easy for them to understand and appreciate the differences in others.

ESFP

ESFPs are fun and loving people, who often aren’t appreciate for their kindness. People see ESFPs and can often take notice of their eager and fun personalities, and don’t quite notice the other side to them. While ESFPs do enjoy living in the moment, they are also extremely loving people. They will go above and beyond for the people in their lives, which makes them more than good enough. This sense of consideration towards their loved ones makes the ESFP kind and warm people.
