Some people can certainly become bashful around strangers, while some are rather confident and comfortable. Here is how bashful you can be, based on your personality type.
INFJ
INFJs can definitely be bashful at times, since they feel such deep emotions. They don’t always show this outwardly though, and might be good at keeping their cool. When the INFJ will be most bashful is when they are around someone they have a bit of an infatuation for, and might struggle to express themselves. They aren’t often flustered, but there are times when their emotions struggle to contain themselves. INFJs can be a bit guarded around strangers, but are more likely to seem shy or bashful around someone they like and haven’t gotten close to just yet.
ENFJ
ENFJs aren’t usually bashful people, and are rather outgoing and even boisterous. They have an energetic attitude and are capable of overcoming their inner emotions most of the time. ENFJs are comfortable socializing with others and can make themselves rather charming when they want to be. While ENFJs are rarely bashful, there are times when their feelings for someone might make it difficult for them to be their normally friendly and charismatic selves.
